Monu Family Paying Guest House offers cheap, clean, friendly accomodation beside historic Holy Kashi Vishwanath Golden Temple, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
To save time for the high-powered, we are a budget guesthouse, so it is with regret that we cannot provide the high standards of large establishments. We are small and cosy, we are good company ... but we dont have a swimming pool!
It has family atmosphere. Price range more like hostel. Restructured and decorated from top to bottom in 2008, with western loos and h/c showers.

It is run by C. Madhav Rao (Madho), his wife Smt. Indra Rao (Indu) and son Shwetank Rao (Monu).
Monu, a fluent English speaker, is a tabla player. He offers music lessons for Sitar, Tabla, Flute, Vocal, Dance and all other Indian Classical Music.
Teaching is our family tradition.
